Is it cheaper to book directly than on Booking or Airbnb? Yes, always. Booking directly on our website saves you platform commissions. Our prices are up to 10% lower than Booking.com and Airbnb for the same apartment.
What is included in the price? All apartments include free WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen and a welcome kit with courtesy bathroom soaps, toilet paper, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets and a bin bag. No hidden costs or surprise extras.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is before 11:00. If you arrive early, you can drop off your luggage from 12:00. In the Raval apartments, access is via a unique door code — you can arrive any time after 15:00 with no need to arrange a meeting. For other apartments, we coordinate arrival via WhatsApp. Late check-in after 22:00 carries a €30 supplement.
Is there a security deposit? Yes, a €200 deposit is required. For stays under 7 nights, the amount is simply held on your card (not charged). For stays of 7 nights or more, the charge is processed. The deposit is returned automatically on the day of check-out (longer stays) or 7 days after arrival (shorter stays). The refund typically appears in your account within 2–3 days.
Do you have apartments for monthly stays? Yes. We offer medium-stay apartments in Barcelona from 31 nights to 11 months. Ideal for students, professionals, digital nomads or people relocating to the city. Available in El Raval, El Born, Eixample and Gràcia.
What is the cancellation policy? Cancellations made more than 10 days before arrival are completely free of charge.
